My Learning Experience....

Thora asked if I ever read my comments...the answer is "YES". I want to reply to all of'em but I don't. No excuses. I'll try and do better, starting tomorrow. Or next week or sometimes. Promise.

Ok, I learned that just because it snows and roads get icy and shit that it doesn't stop people from doing whatever it is they got to do. It shuts Georgia down needless to say.

We got to Tulsa Oklahoma on Friday and when we woke up Saturday morning, this is what we saw....

Now look at that, wouldn't that shut down any southern town? Why hell yeah. I look at Trish and I say "What are we going to do now?"

"What do you mean? We're going bowling"

"For crying outloud, there's snow and shit on the roads. We can't go out there. I like bowling and all but I ain't walking there."

She looked at me with disgust...or maybe it was a burning desire? They're so close it's hard to tell.

Anyway, we still did everything we planned to do...even with snow and ice on the roads. A rather enjoyable trip...but man do I have a story to tell about the car trip (along with pictures) back. All 12 hours of it but it'll have to wait until Wednesday. See you then.

First, who in the world has time to respond to every freakin' comment? Sorry, I got stuff to do! LOL!?

Second, yes people function in snow. Take the pole out of your a** and have fun!

Third, WHAT CUTE KIDS!!!!! WHAT A CUTE GIRLFRIEND. I hope you count your blessings! I know it's hard sometimes but isn't the love from the kiddos amazing? Honestly, people can NOT believe that my son is not hubby's biological son when they see them interact. Over time, if it's right, you'll find that bond. It's awesome. Ok. No pressure. No freaking out. I was feeling all mushy.

Next.

That isn't snow. That is what we here in Minnesota call a dusting! Wimps from Georgia call that snow. We are still wearing short sleeved shirts when it looks like that outside. You crack me up and shit!

Super cute kiddo's! :-)

Sounds like an interesting weekend! Can't wait to hear more.

I use to live in Colorado, so that ain't snow IMHO either. However, I know the idiots in Texas can't drive for anything in cold weather but that certainly doesn't keep them from trying. *stupid idiots*

EWWWW, snow!!! What cute kids! Give them a hug from me. If I were a major celeb like Angelina Jolie, I'd be adopting a slew of kids, too. I love kids. I wish I could clone my son...

Trish's daughter is the spitting image of her. They look like some pretty great kids. In fact, her kids and your kids look about the same age, I would guess.

That little bit of snow got you concerned. You can't even build a snowman with that!

I don't mind if you don't reply to my comments. I want you to have time to read blogs too.

They look sooo much like their momma. I'm glad she got to see them. I can't imagine how hard that must be.

Wow brave man. I remember when I lived in Atlanta a little rain shut the city down. I can't imagine snow. :)

Nothing like sitting in traffic for an hour to get home when you live 4 miles away from the office.
